We would like to apologize in advance for the possible delays on any Plum Flower Brand Teapills orders. This is especially true with Plum Flower Brand Special Orders.
Due to an overwhelming demand for all Plum Flower Brand Teapills [especially immune enhancing formulas such as Jade Screen Teapills, combined with the global slowdown, there is currently a 4-6 day delay on receiving the teapills from the manufacturer before we can ship them out.
We do have plenty of stock on many Plum Flower Brand Teapills and can immediately ship our brand of Heaven & Earth CMHC Advanced Formulas.
We do ship Free USPS Priority Mail for purchases over $100.00 which does make up some time!

Orders are usually shipped within 48 business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.

We typically go on vacation during these periods:
- Spring Break – Specific dates vary from year to year
- Heaven & Earth Anniversary – July 4th through July 15th
- Thanksgiving – Specific dates vary from year to year
- Winter Holiday – Around Christmas through the New Year
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS Priority Mail shipping times may take up to five (5) days from the shipping date, not the order date.
USPS First Class Mail shipping times may take up to seven (7) days from the shipping date, not the order date.
We offer easy shipping!
For orders under $100, we have low $5.75 Flat Rate Shipping prices!
For orders that are under $100 and are below 13 ounces in weight, we offer a cheap first class parcel shipping at $4.75!
If your order is over $100, we offer FREE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING with in the USA!
Once your order is shipped, we have only the tracking number to confirm its location.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
If a back ordered item is included in your order, the complete order will ship altogether when the back ordered item has arrived is in stock. Arrangements can be made for a split order by contacting us directly @ 888-649-2182.
